January 9-12 - RAC L'Taken Trip to DC

Are you interested in social justice? Do you want to know the connections between issues facing our society today and Jewish values? Do you want your voice and opinions heard by the U.S. government? Then let's talk L'Taken with RAC! 

 

What is it?

L'Taken is a chance to join the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism organization, as well as other Reform Jewish teens, to participate in social justice advocacy training, go sightseeing in Washington, D.C., and lobby on Capitol Hill on issues you care about.

Who Can Go?

CSR Teens from 10th to 12th grade.

When is it?

Friday, January 9 to Monday, January 12, 2026. The RAC provides excused absence letters from school for Friday and Monday.

 

Registration is due by Friday, October 24, 2025.

 

How much does it cost?

For all registered CSR Teens members, the cost of this trip is $690. For all non-registered CSR Teens members, the cost is $790.

 

Cost should not keep anyone from participating - CSR will provide financial aid for anyone who needs. Please reach out to me privately if this is something you would like to discuss further.

 

Payment is due December 8, 2025. If you withdraw from the trip after that date, you are responsible for full payment and the fee is non-refundable.
