Achim/Brotherhood

Achim is a home for members of Community Synagogue to build a stronger connection to their fellow congregants.  “Achim” is Hebrew slang for “Bro,” and a brotherhood is what we are building through bi-monthly events that are intended to help members learn together and learn from each other. Events include speakers, organized dinners, poker nights, as well as cultural and sporting events. For our young adults as well as our seniors, it is a chance to break bread with your fellow congregants and create a true sense of connection and community.
