Jamie Field

Rabbinic Intern

jamie field.jpg

Jamie Field is a 5th year rabbinical student at HUC-JIR.  Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Jamie left the West Coast after high school to attend Boston University, where she majored in religion.  After college, she worked at Washington Hebrew Congregation as their Curriculum Coordinator for two years before moving to Jerusalem for her first year of rabbinical school.  She spent the 2021-2022 school year as a student rabbi in High Point, North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys watching Jeopardy, looking for antiques, and perfecting her challah recipe.  She is thrilled to be CSR’s rabbinical intern and looks forward to bringing her passion of hinuch (Jewish education) and kehilah (community) with her.
